Maybe something like 20-25 episodes. Fuck, even 10 eps could work, just look at Edgerunners.
Could be set in the far future or past, something that doesn't fuck with the continuity of the games.
Personally if I could choose, it would just be the adventures of characters like Oak or Steven when they were young.
