Silent character but his hairstyle oozes style and confidence, while the P5 protagonist has glasses which is meant to make him look meek and unassuming (his "persona"). Falkner wears Japanese garb because he is diligent and traditional, Jasmine wears a plain white dress because she seems pure and kind and it contrasts with her using Steelix. Designs should be able to convey who that character is.
