It's about time they make everything have different stats and properties for each format, it would give them lots of flexibility for balancing. Two best examples:
>Intimidate
>stays the same in singles
>in doubles, -1 is now -16% rather than -33%, -2 is -33% rather than -50%, etc.
>Rock Slide
>singles: 100% accurate and 80 power
>doubles: flinch chance reduced to 10%, power increased to 90
