See, the US Colosseum bonus disc is supposed to shiny check Jirachi, but it reads the PID backwards, so there are actually 9 possible seeds that result in a Shiny Jirachi. I have managed to obtain all 9, though it wasn't easy. It required a ton of adjusting in the gba game, and then trading and starting a new game only to adjust even more. There's also the Tanabata Shiny Jirachi, and the Charity Shiny Jirachi, both from gen 6.
