Very basic strategy: Spam Flamethrower until you run out, then Tera and spam Sludge Bomb until she dies. Not viable to solo I don't think, but at least it can do consistent damage and won't die/sleep the whole time. It also makes Encore useless since it wants to attack over and over anyways
Biggest downside to this strategy is that it requires having a Volcanion to begin with, but aside from that it's decently effective. Hell, I managed to win using Tera Fire and spamming Flamethrower over and over
