Everywhere else: I'm going to upload a damage calculator on unaware Clefable with a potential Eevee move set, and where it's stats would be maxed out, at level 100, with the boost; the cool thing about Eevee is that it can learn STORED POWER, which would be amazing against the fighting types used to counter it. Still, it's power is a bit underwhelming if you have the right defensive mon to counter it. Whirlwind, Unaware Clefable / Quagsire, etc.
