Im trying to chase it down but whenever I fly to the area it moves, so I tried running between a town and a route so it will move and eventually go to the route Im in, but eventually it will not move anymore and stay in a far away area. So I tried running to the area when it takes a break, but then it moves again. How am I suppose to encounter it?
