SUSAHAR REGION
>The main player character is a child soldier given a starter and tasked with defeating and overthrowing the warlord dictator champion of the region. >The regional "Professor" is Prof. Buck "Baobob" Nakey an insane and ruthless up and coming warlord known for battling naked. He eats the hearts of child trainers who disappoint him. >Rival is laughing hyena boy >Every starter has Dark as a secondary type >Very few Pokemon are actually domesticated. Most are wild >Pokemon are trained the old fashioned way. With collars, chains, muzzles, whips and rods. >The most common healing item is "Bush meat." The amount of health it heals is random. It also has a chance of poisoning your pokemon. >Most health items are replaced with jenkem and mud cakes. Which have no in game effect >Fresh water item has the chance to poison pokemon>berries exist but once picked they can't be regrown. (No agriculture)>No infrastructure. Hence, no pokemarts or pokecenters >Pokemon must rest to naturally heal HP & PP >Folk remedies can be used to heal status ailments but at best they only have a 50% chance of working with potential negative side effects >There's an extremely virulent form of pokerus that can spread during battle and daycare stays. When an infected Pokemon faints it can't be revived.
