Mega Evolution and Bond Phenomenon are one and the same. Pokemon are able to achieve these forms through either Bond Phenomenon or Mega Evolution, but Mega Evolution is easier since all that's required is a stone, whereas with Bond Phenomenon you need to have a very strong bond with the Pokemon, and even then only very few Pokemon of each species are capable. Anyways, there simply hasn't been a Mega Stone discovered for Greninja, but if there was, its Mega Evolution would look exactly like Ash Greninja.
