Here's how to use the Yellow debug fight menu:
>You can modify your team on the first screen

You'll see a Juerry class while scrolling through the trainer classes but I think that's just the rival's name.
Fun fact, if you try to put a super high number on the right at the trainer menu (e.g choosing Lance and the number 94) you get a glitched team.
