>>52084562It's the best game since gen 4 most of the pokemon designs are actually decent, having the titan and star raids ontop of the gym badges is really nice i found a couple of the titans quite tough compared to the gyms.
The gyms suck a bit though they give the gym leaders an off type pokemon for their final mon but they are all scripted to change to the terra form which is the same type as the gym leader so makes showing of the terra a bit pointless since you can 1 shot them every time and not even need to switch pokemon, I think if they were going to script terras for every last mon they should have made it terra into a different type to throw you off.
The sandwich making/picnic and washing your pokemon is nice but i know they will change it next gen I dont get why they dont bring forward all of this stuff the picnic experience would be much nicer if they also had like the amie petting and also the toys like in swsh it would feel like a more complete experience, they have the anims for it already so why not jsut include it.
One bad thing about the washing though is that it increased friendship then when youre in battle you get all these extra dialoges and your pokemon start dodging 10 moves in a row because you shout at them or whatever it sorta sucks because its makes the game way easier. I wish they had that as a toggle able option in the settings.
