Ursaring mostly uses Quick Feet to hit a viable speed tier so it can use Swords Dance and Facade to break shit (even against offense).
With this mega, his speed tier isn't great vs offense but can destroy defense and some bulky offense. His Atk is a skyrocket and he gets to keep Guts just so it can stay true to its roots by getting burned then blowing shit up (albeit with Return instead).
