Nintendo and Game Freak don't charge any more than they absolutely have to for their expenses, because they know that profit it like, seriously bad mojo. So many negative vibes get put off by evil corporations trying to profit from providing info. When I need information, I just dig a hole in Mother Earth with my hands and put wish in there, then cover it up an wait for nature to do her job.
