>>51298773Interesting idea OP, assuming that by "fun" you mean how much flexibility a mon viably offers in an in-game run. Though I probably haven't used enough to comment on too many, I'll add a couple from gen 5.
>DarmanitanHits like a goddamn freight train with physical fire attacks, and you also have the option in-game to grab a Zen Mode one for an entirely different playstyle.
>CrustleI know he's not the strongest in comp or anything, but Shell Smash + Rock Wrecker is absolutely nuclear in-game.
>ChandelureSee that special attack stat, just fire them off like a cannon, has pretty good coverage options.
>VanilluxeSome people would disagree with me but whatever you think of it, this is one of the earliest ice types obtainable, and also a proper three stage line. Stats are pretty good too.
>Exadrill and KrookodileEarthquake everything to death, but there's also no shortage of different movesets you can run with them too. Krook even has two effectively opposite good abilities to choose from.
>ConkeldurrIf you can do trade evos, this guy punches straight through everything, also has good rock coverage.
>ScraftySurprisingly tanky and clicking Head Smash feels really good.
>ReuniclusSlow tanky little nigga with high special attack and plenty of strong coverage to choose from.
>CinccinoGrab the Skill Link one from the grotto in BW2
>FerrothornBasically the best wall you could ask for in almost any situation, and can still shit out good stab damage with Power Whip and Gyro Ball.
If I were to include guys who are less usable in an in-game team, I would also mention Hydreigon and Volcarona (actually usable in bw2) and Mienshao as well. Maybe also Bisharp, abusing Defiant and that attack stat might be nice but he's kinda late game.
