I'd be a ghost type gym leader. The gym's theme would be a funeral parlor where my trainers pop out of coffins in an attempt to scare the player before challenging them to a Pokemon battle. If I need a puzzle element of some sort, I'll find some way to incorporate Doom Buggies from the Haunted Mansion somehow.
