I'm trying to form a mediocre competative team for a friend of mine who is willing to trade a shiny 6IV Arceus for it, and the only one he really said he wanted was a Pachirisu in the party as a request.
So I'm trying to find someone who has those in their Ele Friend Safari so I can find one with HA Volt Absorb.
If anyone could help, it would save me a lot of trouble, and I would feel bad not getting atleast the right Abilities on the pokemon I'm giving him since I'm not focusing on IV's much.
