>>38841749He's fantastic. Just as good as he was in the early days of Smash 3DS. Unfortunately, his freeflow gameplan got lost in transition to Ultimate in favor of simpler bread and butters. In Ult, Greninja gets rewarded for spamming Dash Attack and D-Tilt because they're amazing confirms, but being more innovative and flashy with your combos can be detrimental, making him more linear and boring, albeit strong. A simple F-Air/Dash Attack/Up-Smash combo can deal over 50% damage and is relatively easy to pull off. He's really fucking strong, racks damage very quickly and has some of the best kill confirms in the game. His only downside is shitty OOS options.
