Another thing is there's not much to the uniform style except shorts/headband/decorations. Blaziken's Mega kind of gets the idea across but this one should have some influence, right?
Issue 2 is having it still look like a tiger without it being too complicated while also looking tough. I've just been too lazy to fix it but here's a thinned one. Needs more attention to the anatomy I'd say. Maybe another drawfag could give it a shot?
