He has the same tie as her, his clothes are the same color as hers, he has a Hoenn starter. Most likely scenario is that he's one of Roxanne's students at the trainer school or some shit. Since Alain is going to Rustboro City, it's highly possible that we may see this kid in Mega Special Act III.
