Look at 77 and then compare it to the original, Gardevoir in the original is a LOT more washed out and blended into the background. It looks like you (by however method) change the colours to be the same blue and orange regardless of how the original was. Try and be a bit more flexible with changing the colour while being respectful to the original colour scheme. In fact if you want to, try redoing 77 with more washed out and dull colours to see if that helps.
