Doing a blind run. I haven't played W2 before and I'm not scouting ahead for what's there to come or what Pokemon the NPC trainers have. I do allow myself to save state before a gym leader, and if things start going south I can load that state, but if a pokemon dies, it still dies. I'm doing this to avoid getting my whole team killed in a single battle. I'm new to this whole nuzlocking thing anyways. And sorry for the cringe names, I was watching GoT while grinding.
So I'm at Opelucid trying to challenge the gym. On the first try Drayden killed my best mon Sandile (I didn't know his Flygon had Levitate) and almost killed Klink, so I panicked and loaded that save state. It was devastating losing Sandile and now I'm not sure what to do. I don't think I can catch any Ice (water) or Dragon pokemon at this point (Psyduck and Ducklett died before). Current team and roster in pic.
