>>22860853>Grass should get Earth Power I'd rather make Nature Power always turn into Earth Power since allot of special/mixed grass types and special attackers begging for Ground coverage can learn it. Physical Grass types should learn Earthquake naturally since fucking everything gets it.
>Ice should get SurfWater Pulse just needs to buffed to 85 BP. It themically fits more Ice types than Surf does and could give them some needed coverage. And Beartic and Weavile should also learn Waterfall and Aqua Tail. If Gamefreak actually gave a shit about Ice types they would've learned those moves by now.
