While resetting for a decent Piplup, I noticed the first encountered Starly was shiny every time. This lasted about an hour, roughly between 9:00am-10:00am New York, Toronto time (11/20/21). Once it stopped I turned the switch clock back to 9 and once again Starly was shiny. Can anyone confirm if this works for them too, or is it specific to my save file? And what does this mean for shiny hunting legendaries?
