>>54106659>Okay, were they just waiting for a well known hacker to release a bunch of other information?...yes? you keep framing some of these things as if they were completely out of the realm of possibility when they're not, and are in fact a perfectly sound decision for a hoax
>If so, why didn't the rest of the Pokemon community notice something was off about it compared to everything elsewhy would they notice something "off" about a supposed leak they'd never seen before? You seem to ignore that people believe lots of fake leaks so long as they contain a shred of truth to draw credibility from, and we knew about lots of Spaceworld beta mons before this leak, from print media outlets of the time. Remember when everyone believed picrel was the real Sprigatito final stage? Very few people questioned it.
>there's some stuff that came out after the leaks that matches up a bit to wellsuch as?
>or a group of individuals who are way too coordinatedcoordination is what humans do best. without "a group of individuals who are way too coordinated" you wouldn't have buildings, sewer systems, cars, the internet, etc.
>Both seem unlikely compared to it just being a real leakbased on what?
>What Pokemon stuff do you think is fake, anyway?nothing specific, I just think that after 20 years of the Spaceworld build being the holy grail of pokemon lost media, it's just a bit too convenient that it happens to show up around the time massive breakthroughs were made in the GBC romhacking scene and some time after the Tajiri manga gave us high quality scans of some lost gen 1 mons. And then conveniently, 2 years after the first spaceworld demo was supposedly leak, we get an even bigger leak of the same thing with more info. To me, it all lines up too well and scratches too many itches to be real.
