I'm using base lapras for stalling plus an alternate misty target, but I see fragonite Chad's using snorlax.
The problem is the payoff for gyarafos is only good if your opponent loses the Pokemon they were stacking energy on, if they also have their guy already stacked up, like Mewtwo, they just win anyways
