I made these two a bit ago.
They're twins and both have their respective Types: Dark (the girl) and Ghost (the guy). Their names are Kat and Morgen and I've made both for a made up region, but I'll use their official Pokemon teams instead here.

When the twins were young, Morgen had a near death experience after stepping on a broken board and falling through the floor of an abandoned house. He eventually gained a fascination with the dead and Ghost Type Pokemon leading to his specialization in the Types. His sister on the other hand was more fascinated by Flying Type Pokemon, but her favorite Pokemon was a Murkrow. As Kat grew older she realized she'd have to give up on her love of Flying Types if she was ever going to become a good Double Team partner for her brother and settled on being a Dark Type specialist instead. Their father is the only family they have (outside of a younger brother who would be an ingame NPC) and he's the Electric Type Gym Leader of the region. Both are hoping to take his place when they're older and wondering if a Dual Type Gym would be out of the question.
