Also because he heard from Booker and select few can't understand, supporting this notion that everyone is the same case. If anon wants their to character to start off knowing the language, that's fine as well. also that's the reason I kept refraining on writing Lliam origin story because I wanted to know how others tackle this question first. I already had plans and would rewrite if needed.
