The rice ball is very delicate so you must try to not move it much or risk losing the shape
Knowing when to flip without turning it to check is only something that can come from experience
This is my first time so I moved it just a bit too much and squished the shape
But that's ok because we gained experience for the future
Of course we glazed with a bit more of our special sauce and then used the secret ingredient and squeezed fresh lemon over the top
