To my knowledge Mega Rayquaza's popular sets often include moves like Extremespeed, V-Create, Draco Meteor, Dragon Ascent and Earthquake. Dragon Dance and Swords Dance is not uncommon as well I think.

Ground+Fire+Flying+Dragon type attacks are not resisted by anything.
Intimidate users aren't really a perfect answer when M-Rayquaza carries Draco Meteor or Swords Dance.
Earthquake covers Electric, Rock and Steel type Pokemon which are resistant to Dragon Ascent (except for flying ones).
Steel type Pokemon with massive defense like Mega Aggron are fucked by V-Create.

Well... there is Air Baloon Heatran with Will-o-Wisp and Taunt I guess.
