>>45941514It seems like you just have to wait for one to pop up on eBay. They're pretty few and far between, and because they show up so rarely, I'm not totally sure what a reasonable price might be, but they seem to hover around 50-70 bucks in solid condition.
When I got the PSA-9, there were a handful of non-graded cards selling for, like, $15 less than the graded, so I figured I'd just bite the bullet.
