A few days ago I started gathering data from all NPCs with a full team in all games (tell me if I missed any) and by picking the strongest version of each one I've ranked them based on the level of their team to see how they compare in terms of trainer capacity (Volo's 7/8 pokémon team obviously doesn't count since the "legal" limit is 6 and 6 pokémon are what he trained himself)
The only rules are
>trainers with less than six pokémon aren't qualified and are discarded like trash immediately
>double battles against two NPCs, as well as random NPC battles (ie: Magikarp spammers) aren't qualified either
>trainers from PWT and other facilities with fixed numbers of pokémon at a fixed level aren't counted either, for obvious reasons
>if a trainer from a base game doesn't have a full team until the DLC, or have an improved team upon the release of said DLC (see SV NPCs) they are listed as DLC characters here
