Why the fuck do they do this? I've spent the last half hours looking for a fucking Tirtouga on the GTS to finish my Unova dex and all I get are level 9 and under Zekroms and Pignite requests. I finally found one from a Germanbro requesting a Meowth because for some reason only Murrikans and Japanese do this impossible trade bullshit.
Do they really do it to show off or are they trying to exploit some duplication glitch? What is there logic behind this?
