>under 51%I'm not sure what you mean by this. The only mons eligible for survey are the ones with less than 66% approval. I'm proposing that the decision to include put them in probation should require a simple majority. (Should x be on probation? Yes or No). Mons with 66% are fixed in the dex and cannot be put on probation.
>regardless of your cullingI know they're being redesigned already but there's no focus and no incentive. Some designs have been redesigned hundreds of times, some have never been touched. We need to stop treading water and move forward.
>make it easier to cull thingsI don't want to cull jack, I just want people to accept that some of these designs aren't being redesigned in a way that appeals to everyone and in the end, should be dropped.
>it is being done anywayNo it's not. The redesign process has involved backpedalling and stalling to a large degree.
>WHEN you proposed to do thisI propose we do it after the next revision survey.
>>11779770>>11779804The first survey would ask how long the probation period should be. I think a month is a reasonable period of time.
For anyone wondering, these are the mons at risk (barring starters and legends which have their own issues with this method).
