I thought the DP remakes + "feudal Sinnoh" leak was too good to be true and seeing it slowly become confirmed during the direct was a wild feeling. If nothing is leaked beforehand there's less anticipation because you don't know what to expect, they could announce anything and most likely it'll be something disappointing (like a gen10 teaser that has no info except starter designs followed by 6 months of radio silence)
