When doing these things I really do try to consider that no matter how much I don't care about a particular pokemon someone does in fact love it, which is why I try to remove stuff that I feel might have been revisited as a concept or basis. In the case of teddiursa and ursaring I feel other bear pokemon are more likable personally for example and would substitute well someone who wanted a bear pokemon.
