I probably should've looked at Tit*nia's team first, but I'm guessing Rocky Helmet will help more, so I went with this one instead of Assualt Vest or... whatever the other donation gets you. Looks like this is the same guy who sold TMs the first time you went here, and he even remembers you. I guess even the mod manages to have sovl sometimes.
Hell, vanilla Reborn would've jewed you by putting Superpower AFTER Tit*nia ffs. Luckily the mod gives you Close Combat much earlier, at least, and even gives it to the mons that deserve it, finally. LIKE FLAREON
