The existence of the Scarlet/Violet Book is crucial to who Sada/Turo are. The game itself says the book is responsible for them becoming a researcher, which defined their entire personality and their relationship (or lack thereof) with Arven.
But yes in the end it's just autistic overthinking, I just find it interesting to think about. In some way, Arven is a paradox himself.
