It's map awareness and understanding the macro game of where you should be and where you shouldn't be and why. Vast Majority of players have no no idea where their team needs to be on the map at any given time or why they need to be somewhere.
Once you understand why you need to be somewhere then it becomes easy to always know where to be. This is easier to do when duo as you can split your presence to cover multiple areas or make sure you have a more concentrated effort at a given objective. Just my quick thoughts on it as a Visionary level player.
