If you support it with sticky web/tailwind, then you shouldn't be having much trouble with anything speed-wise except with priority bullshit like the Bravest Bird. You can even throw Thunder Wave on it to make sure that things won't outspeed you. Overall, M-Gardevoir stands pretty strongly on its own, especially with the wide variety of status/attack moves at its disposal.
