Definitely Electrode. At first I thought the simplistic design and emphasis on eyes were a reference to the Eye of Providence, a symbol commonly associated with the Freemasons, a secret organization said to control all world governments from the shadows. It represents the all-seeing eye of God and is a reminder that humanity's thoughts and deeds are always observed by God (who is referred to in Masonry as the Great Architect of the Universe).
Then I remembered the eye is supposed to be drawn in a triangle, and Electrode is more of a circle.
