Its clear the pricks at GF are never going to bring back the digi-gimmick that was Mega Evolutions, still they shouldn't deny that some of the mega designs had their fair share of popularity and shouldn't be outright abandoned for more gimmicks. Should they also bring back some regional variants for future games and have them only evolve while holding a special item from a region?

If they're going to abandon mega evolution shit (which was honestly a questionable idea from the get-go) they should at least re-use the good designs (even if tweaked a bit) for some new forms or evolutions.
