I just experienced my first true wipe on this gen 2 nuzlocke attempt. that one anon who said Scyther is a killer wasn't joking around. Slowpoke was doing amazing immediately after getting caught despite being level 6 since Curse and Growl kinda stacks; he killed most of Bugsy's Gym unassisted.
"I don't know what to do about that Fury Cutter" is what I want to say but that'd be lying. the truth is Cyndaquil's Smokescreen is WAY too useful against Bugsy's Scyther to disregard. It's also helpful against most gyms in general, like Whitney's Miltank who likes to spam Rollout. it's a shame but it is what it is.
