I simply posed the question because when you add in the concept that a human is capable of performing these powerful moves it does place into perspective how powerful a human can become. Like if a human performed a Hyper Beam (which is stronger than something like Echoed Voice), that would be incredibly strong even though it's coming from a human vs something like a Dragonite. It still has slaying power behind it.
