>>19454479Because the custom movepool survey is done I’m going to go through the confirmed moves one at a time suggesting pokemon who should learn them, starting with Reinforce.
Reinforce is a reverse Shell Smash, so I think the pokemon who learn it should be the opposite of the pokemon who learn shell smash too. Since all of the Pokemon that learn Shell Smash are defensive pokemon and Shell Smash is usually learned between level 40 and level 60, all of the pokemon that learn reinforce should be offensive pokemonso and reinforce should learnt at high levels.
All of these pokemon have at least one poor defensive stat and good attacking stats in their final stages. I also tried to make sure that the pokemon could fulfill a defensive or support niche through its other moves and abilities.
The Condesa line has the ability Sturdy and access to moves like stealth rock, roost, and whirlwind.
The Cerebrulb line has access to recover and interesting support moves like trick room and wonder room.
The Phantern line has access to status moves like Will-o-Wisp and thunderwave, as well as access to support moves like wish, trick room, and whirlwind.
The Mortasque line has the abilities intimidate and the secondary damage increasing Malice, along with access to Taunt, Baton Pass, Recover, and Confuse Ray as well as access to support moves like Worry Seed and Tailwind. On top of that one could use an eviolite Maskoon.
The Snogre line has the ability Permafrost and access to support moves like Wide Guard, Encore, Switcheroo and Snatch. Moves like counter, torment, and taunt also help with a defensive role.
The Fettlekish has good defensive abilities in flame body and water absorb, status moves like thunder wave and will-o-wisp, access to whirlpool and healing moves recover, refresh and pain split.
What other suggestions do people have for this move and what concerns do you have about my suggestions?
