These designs are easily shaping up to be the worse ones to date.

There are some designs that are good. It would be disingenuous to believe that every design is bad because it's obviously not true. Corviknight, and Rolycoly are neat imo. Everything else just blends in to the background, or is extremely forgettable. I find myself realizing that most look decent after the first 1 or 2 glances, but the more I look the less interesting they become. Especially now since most of the brand new designs seem to be Pokemon that don't evolve, but instead rely on Gigatanmaxing to expand on the base design. Which is equally as frustrating because we don't even know if Gigantamax is going to be in the next games so for all we know wedding cake Alcremie is going to be stuck in SwSh.
