A spinner immune/strong against all hazards with great bulk is fantastic, but its poor HP was making that impossible. Rapid Spin's speed boosting makes the loss in speed a non issue, considering it wasn't outspending anything important anyways. A little more special attack as a treat doesn't hurt either.
