After going through more of this infinite maze (I think I found the borders, though; if I'm right it's only 11x11 rooms, which would mean I only have 39 rooms to go through if this isn't the end here) I find Jagold's self-insert, who tells us that he's losing control of himself, and that we should kill him. Unfortunately Mmmmchu refuses, the shadow comes out offscreen, and we're teleported to the TIMEHOLE again. This was the place the game's last two Dark Lugia battles took place, so I think it's getting to the end.
