For me, the Exhibition Match was cool, but it didn't help with everything that made up the Manola Conference. It didn't healed for me the anger I had over Kalos, I live in germany so around the time I got home from School I just turned the PC on ASAP and hopped on into a random livestream on Youtube, which many offered to do with live or really fast delivered subtitles. I still felt the torn tendrum for weeks when I saw the Mega Lizard stagger but the frog crashing down. And the ironic catering to each loss in SM made it even worse.
But now? I saw an bow put on some of my favorite characters, I saw how Ash put together an Fanfic-tier Team with mons that were requested for years alongside an Mega-Ring, I saw how so much I know in previous series got dragged down. But I've disconnected myself now from expectations.
I'll take up my Paint, do a little shitposting about the final Battle, maybe what happens beside that, and as the final episode gets talked out for a few more days, I will delete all my Bookmarks, Links for /vp/ and move onward.
9 Years I got involved with the Anime actively, it was through the Subs of XY that I even dipped into Anime, and 1 Year since I came to 4chan. A lot has happened since.
But it was something worth talking about in the end, though. I came into Anipoke with an fascination for the XY-Battles and the shitshow from all sides of People, and now I'll leave with an brightened horizon in debates, how to make a point clear and how 4chan Filters work.
