So far today, I've been to Celestic Town, dealt with Cyrus for the first time and used my new ability to Surf across water to battle some trainers I couldn't of battled otherwise or collect items. I caught a Magmar at Fuego Ironworks and named him Blaise, deciding to make my team better for steel and ice types since those are the next two gyms, I put Evo and Stinger in the reserves for now and Jenny and Blaise are now apart of my main team. I also evolved Blaise into a Magmortar using the Magmarizer.
Any advice for Byron? I feel like he's two easy, his Magneton is double week to ground types and his Bastiodon is double weak to ground and fighting which with the exception of his Steelix, this battle should be a peace of cake. I don't know if it's worth getting a Riolu egg from Riley, especially since I already have a fighting type and it will take forever for it to catch up to the rest of my team.
