I’m not convinced that that is the case, particularly because once America inevitably passes another stimulus, people are going to buy up cards all over again. Either way you should be sending at least some shit off to get graded and stashing some sealed product. Particularly anything with a Charizard in it.
For example This box here has about five different packs that have Charizard in them and can still be found on shelves of Target and other retail stores.
